When we talked to general manager Andy Hayes back in January Old Bhoys head coach Steve Bushre was assembling a roster, the club was in search of a place to call home, and their UPSL schedule was yet to be released. Now Old Bhoys is one step closer to reality. Late in February they announced that they will play their home matches at Cardinal Ritter Stadium, again reinforcing USAi’s place on Indy’s Westside. Then last Old Bhoys announced their 10 game regular season schedule along with their season ticket package.

The Old Bhoys will take to the pitch for the first time in a friendly against the well-established FC Indiana of the NPSL on April 25th at Cardinal Ritter Stadium. Ten days later the Bhoys will open their UPSL Midwest Conference Eastern Division campaign at home on May 5th against Carpathia FC. Kickoff for the match is slated for 6 p.m., giving soccer fans plenty of time to watch Indy Eleven play FC Cincinnati at noon and tailgate prior to Old Bhoys first match.
